Completions Summary by Demographics for Required Courses (CSV Only)
The Completion Summary by Demographics for Required Courses report lists selected attribute(s), the total count of assigned courses to the attribute(s), a breakdown of course counts based on their completion status, and a percent complete calculation for the attribute(s).
Unlike other reports within Percipio Compliance, this report defaults all attribute filters to “NONE,” requiring admins to select the attribute(s) they would like to report on.
Use this report to view completion summary data for required courses associated with each defined demographic group(s).
For example: You want to understand the current percent complete for employees within your organization in Phoenix, Arizona that are assigned specific courses.
- From Reports, go to General Reports and select Completion Summary by Demographics for Required Courses (CSV Only).
- To filter the report, select the course(s) you would like to see in the report.
- Select the applicable attributes you want to see regarding the courses.
- Run the report.
- Once the report completes, download the CSV file from the Current Reports list. The report will reflect the attribute(s) and course(s) the report is filtered by, giving you a count of total courses assigned to the attribute, the breakdown on completion status as well as the percent complete.
Supported output
CSV: Creates a comma delimited version of the report which is available for 48 hours on the reports main page under Current Reports. Once the report is processed, you can download it to your local storage device and open it in Excel or a similar program.
Filters
Delivery Method: Only lists courses based on the selected delivery method. Default is all courses.
Courses Status: Lists courses based on a status of Active, Inactive, or All. Default is Active.
The default for all Demographic (audience) filters is NONE, which returns no results. If you select a value and still do not see results, this indicates there are no completions for any users within that audience, for the course(s) selected.
The maximum number of demographics you can select is 10.
Demographic Filters include all user attributes associated with your organization. For each attribute, select the value you want to filter by. If you filter by more than one attribute, users must be associated with each attribute value selected.
For example, if you select the State value of Arizona, and the City value of Phoenix, only users assigned both values are included in the report results.
User Status: Select All, Active or Inactive. Defaults to Active.
Security Level: Filters by the security level assigned to each user, or all users. Defaults to All.
Courses Completed From/To: Includes data for users who completed the course during the selected dates. Results can only include dates in the past.
