If your Percipio site language is something other than a supported LX Design Studio language, LX Design Studio launches in English (US). You can change the LX Design Studio language.

To change the LX Design Studio language:

  1. From the Home page of LX Design Studio, locate the language selector in the top navigation.
  2. From the language selector drop down, choose your preferred language. The language you set on your LX Design Studio home page is carried through to all apps. It also becomes the language for the content you create.

When you create content in a specific language, the content remains in that language even if you switch your LX Design Studio site language. This means if a colleague creates content in German and shares it with you, but you are using LX Design Studio in French, you see your interface in French, but that content item displays in German.

When you publish content, it publishes to Percipio in the language in which it was created. Learners see that content if their Percipio site language matches the content language.
