View Assignment Historical Actions
You may find it useful to review actions taken on a learning plan assignment if something is not going as expected.
By viewing historical actions you can see who made changes, when, and what they did. Having this information can help you narrow down the root cause of a problem.
To view historical actions on a learning plan assignment:
- Select Users or Audiences, then Learning Plan Assignments.
- Locate and select the user, or locate the audience and then under Actions, select Assign.
- On the Learning Plan Assignments page, under Current Assignments for, locate the desired assignment and select Edit.
- Scroll to the bottom and select View complete assignment history. A new browser tab opens showing all actions performed on the learning plan assignment.
- Sort or filter column headings to refine the data you are viewing. You can review:
- Modified Date: When the action occurred.
- Modified By: User who took the action.
- Type: Required or optional.
- Passing Threshold: Indicates the passing threshold that learners must meet to complete the course. See Completion Criteria for more information about the passing threshold.
- Initial Training: Indicates the initial training due date for the course. Value is either the number of days (IE: 90 days), or a specific date (YYYY-MM-DD).
- Available Initial Training: Indicates the number of days the course will be available for initial training prior to the due date.
- Retraining Assignment Type: Indicates if the course is a one time only (OTO) course, recurs by due date (RDD), or recurs by completion date (RCD). See About Initial, One Time Only, and Recurring Assignments for more information.
- Recurring: Details about the recurrence.
- Available Retraining: Indicates the number of days the course will be available for retraining prior to the due date.
