User Information Report

Run this report to view information about your users. Web output provides basic information such as user's name, ID, and status. CSV output provides additional information such as user's email, security level, supervisor email, etc. Additionally, user values for all your organization's attributes are included in CSV output.

Supported output

  • Web browser: Results display immediately in the browser window.
  • CSV: Creates a comma delimited version of the report which is available for 48 hours on the reports main page under Current Reports. Once the report is processed, you can download it to your local storage device and open it in Excel or a similar program.

Report filters

Demographic Filters include all user attributes associated with your organization. For each attribute, select the value you want to filter by. If you filter by more than one attribute, users must be associated with each attribute value selected.

For example, if you select the State value of Arizona, and the City value of Phoenix, only users assigned both values are included in the report results.

Note: For reports that use attribute filters, the user-specific attributes mapped on the Setup > Percipio Settings page, only display values that are associated with an audience. All other values are removed from the drop down, but still display in CSV reports.

User Status: Select All, Active or Inactive. Defaults to Active.

Security Level: Filters by the security level assigned to each user, or all users. Defaults to All.

Results

Web output

  • Query Criteria: Lists all parameters, filters, and options selected for the report.
  • Last Name: The last name of the user.
  • First Name: The first name of the user.
  • UserID: Percipio Compliance user ID.
  • USER STATUS: The user's status within the system. Values include Active or Inactive. Provides the option to change the user's status from within the report output. Click the drop down and select the desired status.

CSV output

  • UserID: Percipio Compliance user ID.
  • Last Name: The last name of the user.
  • First Name: The first name of the user.
  • User Specific Data 1 and 2: Your organizations mapped data fields. If you've mapped the data fields on the Setup > Percipio Settings page to an attribute, the column headings reflect the name of the attribute. See Map User Data Fields for more information.
  • USER STATUS: The user's status within the system. Values include Active or Inactive.
  • User Email: The user's email address.
  • Supervisor Email: The email address of the user's supervisor.
  • Supervisor Level 2 Email: The email address of the user's level 2 supervisor.
  • Security Level: Indicates the user's security level as a numeric value from 1-10.
  • Date Created: Indicates the date users was added to your organization.
  • Send Email: Indicates if the user is configured to receive automatic email notifications.
  • Attributes: The remaining fields in the CSV output list your organization's attributes and the values assigned to each user.
