Delete a Cohort

Deleting an cohort from a learning program is irreversible. You can only delete a cohort that has a status of Draft or Scheduled.

Site admins and content coordinators and content curators with program management privileges can delete any Draft or Scheduled cohort for any learning program.

To delete a cohort:

  1. From the Admin menu, select LEARNING > Learning Programs. The Learning Programs page displays.
  2. Locate the draft or scheduled cohort you wish to delete.
  3. From the Action menu, More actions button, three vertical dots select an image of a trash can Delete cohort.
  4. Confirm you want to delete the cohort. The cohort is immediately removed from the list.
