Codecademy Courses

These courses have images branded with Codecademy, but have a source of Codecademy. These courses launch in the Codecademy platform and usually consist of detailed written instruction with code samples. These courses do not contain any knowledge checks, tests, or quizzes.You complete the course when you finish reading the content. Percipio tracks this learning activity for you.

Codecademy courses are only offered in English.

Find and launch a Codecademy course that launches on the Codecademy platform

You must be entitled to a collection that contains Codecademy courses in order for you to see them in search results. To find Codecademy courses using search:

1. Enter the topic of interest in the search bar and select Search.
2. From the Type filter on the left navigation, select Course.
3. Scroll through the list of search results until you find the Codecademy course you want to take and select it. You can distinguish it by Codecademy in the Source field.

   

4. Select Watch to engage with the course. A new browser tab opens showing the course Syllabus page.
5. Select Start or an article from the list.

   

Complete and get credit for a Codecademy course

To complete a Codecademy course:

1. After you start the course, read through all the content.
2. Select Next until you complete all articles. You see the course completion ring on the Syllabus page close at 100%.
3. Percipio automatically tracks the completion for you and you see it in your Activity list. Admins and manager with reporting access also see that you completed the Codecademy course.
