Retired Content

Occasionally, Percipio will retire content. An on screen notification message displays when you launch content that is retiring soon. The earliest you will see this notification is within 90 days of the content item retiring. The latest you will see the message is one day prior to the item retiring.

The message contains the date the content will be retired and a link to the new version of the content if available. After content is retired, you can no longer access it and will be presented with an on-screen notification message. However, the record of your activity with that content remains on your Activity page.

Retired content within assignments

• If one or more assets within an assignment is retired, and the assignment has active content in it, the retired content no longer counts towards the assignment completion criteria.
• If all content within an assignment is retired, the assignment is marked as Retired.
• If you launch the content from within an assignment, you will not see a link to the replacement content in the notification message.
