Add a Policy

Add a Policy to your course configuration to provide your learners with any required information they need in order to complete the course. To include the policy, you can upload a PDF, or link to any external document or web site. Add text, or an audio file to provide additional information such as an email address for HR personnel.

Note: If you add a policy document, the learner is required to open the file in order to continue. If you add an external link, the learner is required to click the link. The learner experience may vary slightly for policies that have been added as an external link because the content is hosted outside of Skillsoft's servers. We recommend adding a PDF to ensure a consistent learner experience.

Additionally, you can add up to five attestation statements that learners are required to check in order to verify they've read and understand the policy. In order for non-compliance content to work as expected with the learner, you must add at least one attestation statement if you are adding a policy.
