New Features

• Added support for individual static skin for KNET courses.
• Added support for Live Learning - It is required that SCM assumes that the course ID for KNET content could be appended with a suffix _ng or without. If the course has the suffix "_ng", then it behaves as is. If the course ID does not have the suffix, then it considers the folder and the course IDs as identical.

Bug Fixes

• SCM should prevent a course from launching while another is playing.

  Note: Once courses are launched, all detection pages which contain the message: "This window can be safely closed once the course is loaded" should be closed. If they are not closed, the user may encounter a message indicating that SCM is playing a course, when attempting to launch additional courses in SCM.

• SCM should be able to pick up the new SCM help files.
• Downloading a Sim: If a Sim with links to a CCA course in it was downloaded, the link will not launch the course.
