Added Pop-up Blocker support, SCM now detects if the Pop-up blocker is enabled when launching a course and provides a link to successfully launch the course.
Updated SCM to support the same password as the SkillPort password.
Added support for correct language code for Indian English (enin).

There was a progress Synchronization problem in a specific scenario. (CR 71761)
Users with Admin group privileges were unable to install SCM on Vista using Internet Explorer v8. (CR 71706)
Some users were having an issue initializing SCM – this was due to registeryreader.dll not installed correctly. (CR 71817)
