The SCM would not install on a machine running the German version of Windows XP. (CR 77724)
Fixed a Sun proxy detection problem.
In a Windows 7 environment, non-admin users cannot use reg-free SCM when it is installed by the admin; they will be prompted to download the SCM again.
When downloading a course from SkillPort, a non-admin user cannot start the SCM when it has been installed by an Admin user. (CR 82553)
