Take a Test

To take a test

1. Select a test link. If it is an Assessment Only course, you may be asked to choose to take the test in either Study or Certification mode.
2. Select Take Test or Retake Test.

   A questions displays.

   Note: When retaking a test, you can review failed topics first by selecting Show Failed Topics.

3. Choose the appropriate answer(s) and select Done. You can also choose to answer a question later by selecting Answer Later. Based on the configuration settings, the correct answer may or may not display after each question. In some Dialogue Design courses, the correct answers are displayed only at the end of the test.
4. Select Next Question to continue to the next question.

   You can view your question test status at any time during the test by selecting Question Status. If you end a test that contains unanswered questions, the Question Status dialog also displays.

5. Once you have answered all questions, the Test Results page displays. If desired, do either of the following:
   • Select Retake Last Test to take the test again, or
   • Select Question Review to retry to answer questions that were partially correct or incorrect.

     Note: Retake and question review options are not available for pre-tests.
