Scaled Performance Support Videos can have poor quality in Chrome on the desktop, where the text is partially illegible. If this occurs, do the following:
Workaround:
In Safari, keyboard shortcuts do not work while a learner is in full screen mode, due to that Apple dropped support for keyboard input, citing security risks. However, built-in keyboard shortcuts for exiting full screen mode work as expected. (CR 186957)
Tablet
Solution: Upgrade to a newer Android OS version.

Workaround: Use a different email application, such as the Gmail application.
Workaround: Select the Maximize button in the player to go to full screen viewing, then manually switch back to regular viewing using the tablet's native return button. If your tablet has one, you can also use the native button to control full screen mode.
Workaround: Upgrade to the Chrome browser.
