Changes and Enhancements

• Support for the following languages has been added:
  • Bahasa Malay
  • Bulgarian
  • Croatian
  • Portuguese (Iberian)
  • Serbian
• Keyboard Shortcut Update

  To provide a workaround for JAWS 17 not supporting several original character sequences, the following keyboard shortcuts have been updated:

  • Previous Page: ALT + COMMA
  • Next Page: ALT + PERIOD

Known Issues

• Drag and drop feedback on mobile devices does not leave much room for error. (CR 198880)
• Lesson progress in the Table of Contents (green/white circles) is indicated solely by color. (CR 199057)
• On desktop with JAWS, the player hangs after video is turned off in General Settings. (CR 199282)
• Video toggle button should be on and enabled upon the launch of a course which has video pages. (CR 199346)
• The player cannot interpret a N/A score correctly. (CR 199403)

Bug Fixes

• An issue causing completed lessons to show no progress has been fixed. (CR 196177)
• An issue causing graphical irregularities in the player has been fixed. (CR 194808)
• An issue causing the player to not accept the correct answer as well as its variations has been fixed. (CR 193657)
• An issue where learners were unable to hear audio in Internet Explorer (9-11) when using Windows 7 N has been fixed. (CR 190622)
• When launching from TPLMS, an issue causing a course to hang on loading has been fixed. (CR 195669)
• An issue where a course shows completed in the player, but not in My Progress, has been fixed. (CR 195841)
• An issue causing courses to not load in the player has been fixed. (CR 195765)
• Autoplay setting issues when launching courses in 508 mode have been fixed. (CR 198541)
• Learners can now focus on Keyboard Accessibility Hints via JAWS. (CR 198546)
• In addition to color, a second means of focus appears for answer choices for multiple answer questions. (CR 198869)
• When using JAWS, an issue causing a delay before the tooltip appears has been fixed. (CR 198867)
• An issue where "Take the Tour" video auto plays and lacks captioning has been fixed. (CR 198790)
• An issue causing content to freeze up with an "Access is denied" error in IE 10 has been fixed. (CR 198871)
