New Features

• Welch Way programs are completable

  Welch Way programs are now completable content types. There is a completion status link on the portal home page, showing one of the following:

  • In Progress if completion is started but not completed.
  • Completed if the asset's status is completed.

  Clicking the completion status hyperlink launches a pop-up message with details on the asset's completion status, and what content, if any, still needs to be completed in order to complete the track.

• Share Link

  A Share link has been added to certain content blocks to allow learners to share links to videos and other content items. Selecting the Share hyperlink opens a pop-up message, with a link to share the content URL via email.

  NOTE: Share links are not available from Welch Way packages on Skillport 7.2 and earlier.

Changes and Modifications

• Search across Tracks

  You can now search for content across all tracks that are included in the portal. You can also now search from the portal home page.

• Live Events will be populated into Welch Way programs in a very timely manner.
