Skillsoft is a member of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors for the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA). As a National Registry Sponsor, Skillsoft is able to issue Continuing Professional Education credits on select Skillsoft courses in support of the professional development requirements for Certified Public Accountants in the United States.

Check the Skillsoft Course Catalog to determine if this course is eligible for NASBA CPE credit. Also, to ensure this course is eligible for CPE credits in your state, you should contact your state accountancy board to confirm that it accepts courses from National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
Requirements
To earn NASBA CPE credits for an eligible course, you must meet the following criteria:
To take the course test, select the Course Test link, accessible from the Course Menu or the Table of Contents. There is no limit to the number of course test attempts.
CPE credit is only granted for instructional content that you actually access. You must access every topic in the course to meet this requirement.
The one-year time frame begins when you first access a course. You must complete the course, including the course test, within one year of that date to earn CPE credit.
