Chat with a Mentor: For short course or certification questions, use this option to enter a live chat with a Mentor. If it is outside of mentor business hours, the Mentor Unavailable window opens and you can enter your email address and your question. The mentoring team will then provide you with a detailed answer via email.
Email My Mentor: For detailed course or certification questions, email the Mentoring Team, who will provide you with a detailed answer via email.Note: Ask My Mentor is not available in all courses.
