Types of Poll Questions

Polls can contain yes/no or single-answer, multiple-choice questions.
Since a poll does not test knowledge, you don't need to specify a correct answer when creating a poll question.

The Structure of Polls

Each presentation can contain multiple polls, and each poll can contain multiple questions.
Each poll can also contain notes that the Presenter will see when the poll is conducted during a Dialogue Live session.

When Polls are Used

During a Dialogue Live session:
- Polls appear in the slide sequence as they were created in Dialogue Design, but the Presenter can open the poll pane and conduct any of the questions from any of the polls at any time.
- During a poll, results are reported in real-time to the session Presenter.
- At the conclusion of a poll, the Presenter has the option of sharing and discussing the results with Participants.
During a course created by Direct Publish:
- Polls are not included in the course created by Direct Publish.
