Dialogue Design allows you to import several different types of audio and video files into presentations. Follow the guidelines below to determine which audio or video file type to import depending on the presentation type.

For best results, import the file in .wav format. If a .wav file is not available, import the file either in .spx format OR .we format. |

Mobile and Desktop |
For best results, import the file in .wav format. Note: To support both desktop and mobile platforms, Dialogue Design converts imported .wav files to .mp4 (for mobile) and .spx (for desktop) files. If a .wav file is not available, import the file in both .spx format AND .mp4 format. |

* Note: Playback of .mp4 files is not supported in the Skillsoft Course Player (SCP) when playing a Mobile and Desktop presentation on the desktop.
