This release includes the integration of the latest Skillsoft Course Player (SCP v7.9 SR2) and Skillsoft Mobile Player (RIA v2.2 SR2).
Dialogue Design now includes support for Microsoft Office 2013; you can now import and edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files created using Office 2013.
Dialogue Design now includes support for Windows 8/IE 10.
Recordings for use in mobile presentations can now be created using Dialogue Recorder.
MP4 video files can now be imported into Desktop Only presentations.
Known Issues
Playback of .mp4 video files is not supported in the Skillsoft Course Player (SCP) when playing a Mobile and Desktop course on the desktop.
Audio files embedded in PowerPoint slides do not play when the course is previewed or published. (CR 155194)
The audio duration time is incorrectly displayed as 0 ms when audio (.wav) files are added to or removed from imported PowerPoint files in desktop-only courses. (CR 157471, 157472)
When a topic name in a desktop-only course includes an ampersand (&) character or a less-than (<) character, an error occurs when publishing the course. (CR 158095)
Bug Fixes
When a course is published with the selected language as English-US, English-UK, or Indian English, the search functionality is now correctly retrieving all courses created in that particular language that match the specified search string. (CR 151480)
The original slide size and aspect ratio of PowerPoint slides is no longer erroneously being changed when the slides are imported into Dialogue Design. (CR 154596)
