Downloading Updates

Note: In Windows 2000 and Windows XP, you must be a Power User or an Administrator to download software updates.

When you start Dialogue Design, an automatic check is made to see whether any updates are available for Design. If an update is available, you can either download the update immediately or download the update later.

To download the update at a later stage

1. From the Help menu, select Download Software Updates.
2. In the Download Software Updates dialog box, click Download.
3. If you already have the latest version of Dialogue Design, a message will be displayed indicating that you have the latest version. If not, a dialog box will be displayed with information on the latest available update.
4. Click OK.

   The installation for the latest version will be downloaded to the folder where Dialogue Design is installed.
