About the Data Files

Uninstalling the KnowledgeCenter Editor does not uninstall the data files created during use of the application. If you want to completely remove all Overlays, Stock packages, and properties files from your system you must manually delete them through the Windows Explorer.

• SkillSoft recommends deleting these files only if you do not plan to use the KnowledgeCenter Editor in the future.

To remove the data files after an uninstall:

1. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the following location:
2. C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\SkillSoft\KnowledgeCenter Editor.
3. Vista OS: C:\<username>\SkillSoft\KnowledgeCenter Editor.
2. Delete the entire KnowledgeCenter Editor folder and all sub-folders.
3. Also delete the following folder, including all sub-folders:
4. C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\mumupload.
5. Vista OS: C:\<username>\mumupload.
