Percipio Maintenance Schedule

Percipio performs routine maintenance operations every Sunday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Eastern Time during which time you will be unable to log in. Activity performed during a maintenance window may include, but is not limited to:

• Hardware maintenance and replacement
• System patching
• Infrastructure enhancements
• Skillsoft software releases

Software releases may occur outside the Sunday maintenance window. If you try to access the site during this time, you will receive a message indicating the site is temporarily unavailable and you will not be able to log in.
