Resources

On the Resources page, you get personalized recommendations from your AI Coach on content to help you develop your skills, grow in your role, and work towards your goals. All resources are from the Skillsoft Platform content. When you select a resource it opens in a new tab.

You can view resources in the following three tabs:

• RESOURCES BASED ON YOUR ASSESSMENT: Resources in this tab are based on results from your self assessment and your colleagues feedback (if applicable). They target weaker areas identified in these assessments so that you can improve the areas that need the most attention.
• YOUR ROLE: Resources in this tab are targeted to your specific job role.
• YOUR GOALS: Resources in this tab aim to help you develop the skills needed to reach your goals.
