Search with Voice Commands

To search with voice commands

Hold down the Search icon and wait for the prompt, or say, "Hey, Percipio..." followed by one of the keyword prompts listed below and your search terms.

Note: Be sure to speak clearly. If the app cannot understand you or does not hear anything within five seconds, the search tips page will display with suggestions for search terms.

Supported keywords to prompt a search include:

  • Search
  • Show
  • Find
  • Look for
  • Seek
  • Open

Search Hints

  • You can search for all content related to a specific category. For instance, if you say, "Search for Leadership," all content types related to leadership are returned.
  • You can use keywords to search for specific types of content. For instance, if you say, "Find audiobooks on leadership," only audiobooks related to leadership are returned.
  • You can search for a specific item. For instance, if you say, "Show video 'Leadership is a Mindset'," that specific video, if found, will automatically play.

Resume Play

You can ask Percipio Voice to resume content you've already accessed.

Keywords to prompt resume include:

  • Resume
  • Continue
  • Reopen

For instance, if you say, "Continue my video on 'Leadership is a Mindset'," the video will continue where you left off.

Search Results

If your search returns an exact match, audiobooks and videos will automatically play and books will open to the table of contents. If an exact match is not found, a list of relative results displays. Tap on the item you want to launch.

You'll be notified if no related results are found.
