Ask a Mentor

Some channels and courses have the Ask a Mentor feature. You can chat with or email a live mentor about your certifications or courses.

Live chat is available 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday; email is answered during the same window, but can be submitted at any time.

Note: This feature is available in English only.

Chat with a Mentor

Click Ask a Mentor > Chat with a Mentor to start a live chat. If it is outside of mentor business hours, the Mentor Unavailable window opens, and you can enter your email address and your question. The mentoring team will then provide you with a detailed answer via email.

Note: To chat with a mentor, disable pop-up blockers.

Email a Mentor

Click Ask a Mentor > Email a Mentor to access the Email Mentor window, where you can leave your email address and any questions you may have. The mentoring team will provide you with a detailed answer via email.
