Skillsoft Coaching

If your company buys you a license for Skillsoft Coaching, you are paired with a coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This executive-quality coach focuses on developing the behaviors and skills that you need to lead successfully no matter your level in the organization.

If your administrator enables it for you, you can access your Skillsoft Coaching account by selecting the Skillsoft Coaching link under the external links icon represented by nine dots in the top right navigation area.

When you have selected focus areas in Skillsoft Coaching, you can see the Coaching Focus Areas tab under Recommendations for you on the Percipio homepage.
