Schedule Learning Time

Schedule learning time provides a quick and easy way for you to set aside time for learning.

You can access the Schedule learning time option from the More actions menu from content cards, on the content player, or content landing page. The feature is available by default for all content.

You can set up a one-time learning event or make the learning time recurring daily or weekly for the content. For example, if you selected a course, you might just require one 30-minute time block on your calendar, while if you chose a book, you might want to set up a recurring time every week to read a chapter.

 

If your email address is part of your user profile in Percipio, you can select Send invite to calendar to get an email to create a calendar event. If you email address is not part of your user profile in Percipio, select your calendar type (Outlook, Google(online), or Apple) , and then select Download invite to download a calendar invite to use to create an event in your calendar.

There is a link to launch the content from Percipio directly in the calendar event, which makes it simple for you to get started with learning and make most of the time you have committed.
