Access Downloaded Content
Downloaded content is available in both online and offline modes. During maintenance windows content is only available in offline mode.
Online mode
When your device is online, tap Downloads from the bottom navigation bar to see a page with all downloaded content.
Offline mode
When your device is in offline (Airplane) mode, it is not connected to WIFI or using cellular data. Any content that has already been downloaded, still remains accessible.
When the device reconnects with WIFI or cellular data, any offline progress is captured and updated within Percipio.
Downloads page
The Downloads page is available in both online and offline modes. This screen displays a list of all downloaded content, and includes the content type, title, and amount of disk space used for each item. Total disk space used for all items displays at the top of the page.
When you're finished with the downloaded content, read Remove from Downloads for options.
Progress Tracking
When you access or complete content in offline mode, progress is tracked in Percipio but only after you are back online. You can not take knowledge checks or course tests offline.
Example: You expect to see a completion status in Percipio for content completed offline.
You start a book in Percipio, then download it to your mobile device so you can read it while traveling. Your mobile device is in Airplane mode. You complete the book offline, but your internet connection is not restored. When you arrive at your destination, you open Percipio on your desktop, but the book is still marked as incomplete. On your mobile device, you turn Airplane mode off and reconnect to the internet. The Mobile App uploads your progress and the book is now marked as complete.
