NEW FEATURES
With this release, site admins can customize user role permissions. For example, the learning admin role can now be configured with the ability to add users, and the manager role can be configured to make assignments. Any new permissions now available for a role are off by default.
To customize user roles, select Role Customizations from the Settings menu, choose the role, then use the check boxes available to customize permissions. All users with that role receive the new permissions next time they log in.
For more information, see Role customization.
