Expanding skills of your workforce
Admins now have the ability to add Live Courses as content items to custom journeys.
Engaging your learners to build a learning culture
With the mobile app, learners can now:
- Download custom certificates of completion from the Activity page.
- Access downloaded courses, books, and audiobooks during scheduled maintenance windows.
- Receive assignment reminders as push notifications. Assignment push notifications are sent when a new assignment is created, and when the admin sends a reminder for an in progress assignment.
Manage, promote and measure learning
Previously, custom areas were not included as part of the Skills Discovery Dashboard. Now when you create a custom area, you have the option to have activity associated with that area display in the Skills Activity Dashboard.
See Creating an Area for more details.
Live Course updates for this release include:
- Manager registration approvals: When creating a Live Course, admins can now require managers to approve class registrations. Approval managers are Percipio users who have been assigned as an Approval Manager for another user.
Users who have been designated as an approval manager now see the option for Live Course Approvals from the My Profile menu. When selected, managers can approve or deny a learner's request for registration into a Live Course class.
The learner receives an email after the manager approves or denies a request.
- Minimum size enrollment alert: As part of the Live Course notifications, administrators and class instructors now receive an email if the number of registrations for an upcoming class is lower than the minimum enrollment limit defined for that class.
See your organization's available content by collection. You can customize your view by adding and removing columns or adjusting filters in the column headers.
See the All Content Listing by Collection Report for more details.
-
The Executive report now contains an Apple TV user count.
- Previously, the Executive report only appeared from the View all reports option from the Analytics menu. Now admins can find it directly from the Analytics drop down menu.
