Manage, promote and measure learning
When working on a new or draft assignment, Percipio now limits the number of total content items to 100. Existing In Progress assignments with more than 100 items still work.
Existing draft assignments with more than 100 total items cannot be launched. To launch a draft assignment, you need to remove items until the maximum number is equal to or less than 100.
The Skills Activity Dashboard now shows custom areas.
Find additional details at Skills Activity Dashboard.
The new Approval Manager user attribute allows you to assign one approval manager to each of your users. The approval manager must be any active user in Percipio. This field is included in the bulk import template.
This field is being released ahead of its intended functionality so that you can start updating user accounts. The approval manager field will be used by a new feature in Live Course called: registration approval required by manager (coming soon).
Data entered into Percipio such as, users, attributes and audiences will soon sync with Percipio Compliance in near real time. Previously, you had to wait for the nightly sync process to run.
Starting with this release, we are rolling out this feature in stages and will complete for all Compliance customers by early fall.
Ecosystems and Integrations
If you integrate Percipio Compliance with another Learning Management System (LMS), you now have the ability to select specific compliance courses. After selecting the courses, you then download them directly from Percipio as AICC files (.zip file) or a CSV of metadata for importing into your LMS.
For more information, see Add Selected Compliance Content.
Usability Enhancements
When a passing score is required to complete a course, the course test now shows at the end of the course table of contents.
Search now recognizes five content types in the search query, and prioritize those types in the results. For example, if the learner searches for leadership audiobooks, search matches on the term leadership, and prioritizes matching audiobooks.
Additionally, if the search query contains only a content type and no other terms, for example, the learner searches for simply live events, only content of the matching type will be returned.
Recognized content types include audiobooks, Aspire Journeys, live events, Testpreps, and Live Courses.
App users will feel a tiny vibration on their device when they perform certain actions in the app, such as adding a course to the playlist, completing a download, or entering the wrong login credentials.
