The following known issues are currently active in Percipio.

When using assignment email notifications, please note the following discrepancies:

When the system indicates send now in the interface, it means the email will get queued to send at the next 30-minute interval at the top or bottom of the hour.
For initial notifications, the correct timing is relevant to administrators time zone detected, not GMT as stated in the interface.
If you turn off initial notifications, you cannot sent ad hoc or reminder emails. To send ad hoc or reminder emails you must first turn on initial notifications and then the system must send the initial notification before any ad hoc or reminder email can send.
For emails configured for due date approaching, in the interface administrators can specify how many days before the due date the reminders should start. This setting is counting the due date, not just the days before the due date.
