Demographics Group Summary

The Demographics Group Summary report lists all audiences and attributes in your organization, the attribute values used to create the audiences, and the number of assignments made directly to each audience.

This report has no filters or options and is available in CSV format only.

To run this report from the Advanced Reporting page, expand the General Administrative Reports menu option and click Demographic Group Summary. A CSV file immediately downloads to your downloads folder.

Note: There's no onscreen notification to indicate the report ran. Once you click the link, check your downloads folder for a file named PercipioDemographicGroupSummary_[org id number].csv.

Results

The first two columns in the results include:

  • GroupTitle: The title of each audience in your organization.
  • OrgGroupID: The Compliance OrgID for the audience.

The last two columns in the results include:

  • Requirement Count: The number of assignments made directly to the audience.
  • Student Count: The number of students associated with the audience.

All other column headers contain the attributes available in your organization.

The attribute values in the data cells determine which attributes are used to make up the audience. In order to be associated with the audience under GroupTitle, a user must be assigned the value (or one of the values) listed under the attribute.

Example

In the following CSV output, in order to be included in the Development-English primary audience, users' attribute values must include:

  • Department: the value must be development
  • primary language: the value must be english
  • secondary language: the value can be french, german, none, or spanish.

In order to be included in the HR Leadership Training audience, users' attribute values must include:

  • Department: the value must be human resources
  • leadership development: the value can be either beginner or intermediate

In order to be included in the New Managers audience, users' attribute values must include:

  • leadership development: the value must be beginner
