Users with Individual Learning Plan Assignments (CSV only)

The Users with Individual Learning Plan Assignments report lists all assignments made to an individual. The report is available in CSV only.

Supported output

  • CSV: Creates a comma delimited version of the report which is available for 48 hours on the reports main page under Current Reports. Once the report is processed, you can download it to your local storage device and open it in Excel or a similar program.
  • With demographics: For CSV reports, includes a field for each of your organization's demographics (attributes) with values listed for each user.

Filters

Delivery Method: Only lists courses based on the selected delivery method. Default is all courses.

Courses Status: Lists courses based on a status of Active, Inactive, or All. Default is Active.

Demographic Filters include all user attributes associated with your organization. For each attribute, select the value you want to filter by. If you filter by more than one attribute, users must be associated with each attribute value selected.

For example, if you select the State value of Arizona, and the City value of Phoenix, only users assigned both values are included in the report results.

Note: For reports that use attribute filters, the user-specific attributes mapped on the Setup > Percipio Settings page, only display values that are associated with an audience. All other values are removed from the drop down, but still display in CSV reports.

User Status: Select All, Active or Inactive. Defaults to Active.

Individual Assignments Only: If left unchecked, user attributes and values are included in the results. If checked, the attributes are excluded.

Results

CSV output

  • UserID: Percipio Compliance user ID.
  • User Name: User's full name listed by last name, first name.
  • CourseID: The unique integer ID stored by the Compliance system.
  • Course: The name of the course.
  • Curriculum:
  • Method: Delivery method for the course content, such as WBT, non-WBT, or LNK.
  • Validity: Indicates how many days the completion is valid for. See Valid Completions in the About Completions topic for more information.
  • Threshold: Indicates the passing threshold that learners must meet to complete the course. See Completion Criteria for more information about the passing threshold.
  • Test Out: Legacy information that is no longer used in the Compliance system.
  • TestOut Threshold: Legacy information that is no longer used in the Compliance system.
  • Pre-test: Legacy information that is no longer used in the Compliance system.
  • ReqOpt: Indicates whether the course is required (REQ), or Optional (OPT).
  • Original Due Date: The date the course was due the first time it was assigned. This may not reflect the current due date.
  • Initial Training: Indicates the initial training due date for the course. Value is either the number of days (IE: 90 days), or a specific date (YYYY-MM-DD).
  • Open for Initial Training: For the initial training, the number of days before the due date the course will be available for launching.
  • Open for Retraining: For a recurring course, the number of days before the recurring due date the course will be available for launching.
  • Assignment Type: Indicates if the course is a one time only (OTO) course, recurs by due date (RDD), or recurs by completion date (RCD). See About Initial, One Time Only, and Recurring Assignments for more information.
  • GroupIndv: Indicates if the course is an inherited assignment (G) or an individual assignment (I).
  • Group From: If inherited, the name of the audience the assignment is inherited from.
  • Most Stringent: If there are multiple assignments for the same course, this value indicates if this is assignment is the most stringent (Yes), or not (No). See Stringency for more information.
  • Attribute fields: If you left Individual Assignments Only unchecked, the attributes and values associated with each user are included at the end of the report.
