Group Reports, Training Status

The Training Status report includes results for all learners in an audience with required training that is overdue, not started, in progress, and completed. Results also include optional training with a status of complete.

Note: For Learning Programs, results are listed for the entire program and not for individual courses within the Learning Program. Use the Learning Program report to see results for each individual course.

Supported output

  • Web browser: Results display immediately in the browser window.
  • CSV: Creates a comma delimited version of the report which is available for 48 hours on the reports main page under Current Reports. Once the report is processed, you can download it to your local storage device and open it in Excel or a similar program.
  • With demographics: For CSV reports, includes a field for each of your organization's demographics (attributes) with values listed for each user.
  • PDF: Creates a PDF version of the report which is available for 48 hours on the reports main page under Current Reports. Once the report is processed, click download to open it in a browser window.

Web output

  • Query Criteria: Lists all parameters, filters, and options selected for the report.
  • Course Title: Depending on the Group By option, the title is either a row header, or the first column under the row header.
  • User Name: Depending on the Group By option, the user name is either a row header, or the first column under the row header.
  • Training: Indicates whether the course is required (REQ) or optional (OPT).
  • Status: Indicates the user's status for the course. Possible values include:
    • C = Complete – The learner met completion criteria for the course.
    • I = Incomplete – The learner started the course, but has not met completion criteria.
    • NS = Not Started –The learner has not launched or started the course.
    • OD = Overdue – The course has a past due date.
    • EQ = Equivalency – The learner was assigned an equivalency course.
    • EX = Exemption – The learner was granted an exemption for the specific course.
  • Completion Date: The date the user completed the course, or received an equivalency.
  • Due Date: The date the course is due for completion.
  • Exemption Expiration Date: The date the current exemption expires, if applicable.
  • Print Certificate: Click to print the user's certificate of completion. Available for completions and exemptions only.
  • Comments: Listed under the course name if the exemption or equivalency included comments made by the administrator.

CSV output

  • UserID: Percipio Compliance user ID.
  • User Name: User's full name listed by last name, first name.
  • CourseID: The unique integer ID stored by the Compliance system.
  • Course: The name of the course.
  • Skillsoft Course Number: An alpha numeric identifier used by Skillsoft's ordering systems, catalog, etc.
  • Method: Delivery method for the course content, such as WBT, non-WBT, or LNK.
  • Estimated Cost: An optional value entered in the Library to help administrators track internal costs for training.
  • Estimated Duration: The length of time it should take the learner to complete the course from start to finish.
  • CEU: Continuing Education Unit - an optional value entered in the Library, used to indicate if any of the Skillsoft courses count towards certifications your organization tracks.
  • Status: Indicates the user's status for the course. Possible values include:
    • C = Complete – The learner met completion criteria for the course.
    • I = Incomplete – The learner started the course, but has not met completion criteria.
    • NS = Not Started –The learner has not launched or started the course.
    • OD = Overdue – The course has a past due date.
    • EQ = Equivalency – The learner was assigned an equivalency course.
    • EX = Exemption – The learner was granted an exemption for the specific course.
  • ReqOpt: Indicates whether the course is required (REQ), or Optional (OPT).
  • Due Date: The date the course is due for completion.
  • ValidityInDays: Indicates how many days the completion is valid for. See Valid Completions in the About Completions topic for more information.
  • Begin Date: The date the learner started the course.
  • Last Visit Date: The date the learner last visited, or launched, the course.
  • Date Completed: The date the learner completed the course, or received an exemption.
  • Score: User's score for the course test, by percentage.
  • Time in Course to Completion: Total time (hh:mm:ss) the user spent in the course up to the point of completion. Once the course is complete, this value no longer increases, even if the learner relaunches the course.
  • Total Time in Course: Total time (hh:mm:ss) the user spent in the course, up to and after the course was marked complete.
  • Date Open For Training: The date the course appears on the user's Learning Plan.
  • EXEMPTION EXPIRATION DATE: The date the Exemption for the course expires, if the learner's status is EX (Exemption).
  • USER STATUS: The user's status within the system. Values include Active or Inactive.
  • User Email: The user's email address.
  • Supervisor Email: The email address of the user's supervisor.
  • Supervisor Level 2 Email: The email address of the user's level 2 supervisor.
  • PriorCourseCompleted: For courses with a required prerequisite, lists the date the learner completed the prerequisite course.
  • PriorCourseTitle: For courses with a required prerequisite, lists the title of the prerequisite course.
  • Comments: Comments entered by the admin when assigning an exemption (EX) or equivalency (EQ) for the course.
  • Maximum Assessment Attempts: The maximum number of times the user can attempt to pass the test.
  • Actual Assessment Attempts: The number of times the user attempted to pass the test.
  • Group From: Indicates the name of the audience or individual to which the assignment was directly made.
  • Initial or retraining: Indicates whether the user accessed the item for the first time (Initial Training) or subsequently as a recurring item (Retraining).
  • Completion language: Indicates the language the learner completed the asset in if it was in a language other than English.

    • NS = Not Started –The learner has not launched or started the course.
