Oracle Learning Cloud Integration Requirements

To use the connector with the Skillsoft Platform, as designed, you need to meet the following requirements.

If an item is marked with an asterisk (*), you must have it to integrate   Oracle Learning Cloud with the Skillsoft Platform.

• *An active Skillsoft contract for all your learners who will be using Skillsoft content

• *A valid identifier for each learner that is configured consistently between the Skillsoft Platform and Oracle Learning Cloud . Supported learner identifier values include: User ID. This identifier must be configured to support user matching between the two systems.

• A valid primary unique email address for each Oracle Learning Cloud learner that is associated with their Oracle Learning Cloud profile. That same email must be associated with the learner's Skillsoft Platform profile.

• *A SAML Identity Provider (IdP) that is able to supply user details including the identifier to the Skillsoft Platform, so learners can seamlessly access content in Percipio. This must be your own SAML (IdP).

• *Credentials for Skillsoft to connect to the Oracle Learning Cloud API so that Skillsoft can send the progress information for the learner completion tracking.

• Oracle requires the Redwood experience be enabled.

• Recommended: The same number of seat counts across all the Skillsoft content collections you licensed. We recommend this because all content from all Skillsoft collections is synchronized to one Oracle Learning Cloud catalog and all learners who can see this catalog can see all the content.
