User Accounts

Each user that accesses Skillsoft Platform content needs to have a secure Skillsoft Platform user account.

Account Creation and Maintenance

You can create and manage user accounts in the platform using one or more approaches. Any combination of approaches can be used together to accurately maintain your Skillsoft Platform user population.

Account Authentication

The Skillsoft Platform can authenticate a user in one of two ways:

  • via a user's corporate network credentials if you implement Single Sign On (SSO)
  • directly using a Skillsoft Platform User ID and password

SSO can also be used as a user account creation and maintenance approach.
