Archive an In Progress Program

Archiving learning program is irreversible, and the program is non-recoverable. You can only archive an In Progress learning program. Once archived, the learning program is no longer completable to those learners who have not finished it. You can still report on archived learning programs.

Site admins and content coordinators and content curators with program management privileges can archive any In Progress learning program.

To archive a learning program:

  1. From the left navigation bar, select Learning > Learning Programs. The Learning Programs page displays.
  2. Locate the In Progress program you wish to archive.
  3. From the Action menuactions menu icon, gray elipse, select archive icon, gray box with white downward arrow Archive.
  4. Confirm you want to archive the program. The program is immediately archived and no longer shows on the learner's Program page.
