PMI PDU Courses

Note: The PMI PDU tab displays if you have accessed content that is eligible for PMI PDU credits.

Skillsoft is approved by PMI to offer Professional Development Unit (PDU) credits for its courses that are related to project management. All participants who intend to sit for the PMP exam are required to have a PMI/PMP Learner Kit. Skillsoft provides access to vouchers for the PMI/PMP Learner Kit.

If an administrator grants you a completion in the form of an admin override or waiver, you cannot receive PMI PDU credit unless you open the course, view all videos and take all knowledge checks and tests yourself.

If you are a PMI credential holder, you can download a PMI certificate from the Learning Activity page once you have completed a PDU eligible course.

  1. Select My Learning from the left navigation bar. Then, choose Learning Activity and select PMI PDU.
  2. For items not yet meeting criteria, from the Actions menu actions menu icon, gray elipse, select Completion Requirements.
  3. The PDU requirements display in a dialog box.

If you do not see a Download Certificate option from the Actions menu either:

  • Your site does not have this feature enabled. Contact your Site Admin for more information.
  • You were granted a completion in the form of an admin override or waiver by an admin and are not eligible for a certificate. Open the course, view all videos and take all knowledge checks and tests yourself to be eligible for a PMI PCU certificate.

To view the certificate you earned:

  1. From the left navigation bar, select My Learning, then choose Learning Activity and select the PMI PDU tab.
  2. From the Actions menu actions menu icon, gray elipse, select Download Certificate.

The PMI PDU certificate is downloaded as a PDF file. It displays your name, the name of the course, date of completion, and the PMI training credit value.

All participants who intend to sit for the PMP exam are required to have a PMP Learner Kit. Skillsoft provides access to vouchers for the PMP Learner Kit.

  1. To print a certificate, open the downloaded PDF file.
  2. Click the Print button. The Print window displays.
  3. Verify the print setting, Scale: Fit to page is enabled.
  4. Click the Print button.
