User Details

The User Details page is where you can review additional data on your learners and coaches.

User Details - Learners

This page is organized into the following sections:

  • Languages of learners: This graph shows a breakdown of the languages your learners selected in their profile.
  • Have you worked with a professional coach before?: Learners respond to this question with either yes or no. The percentage of learners that chose each answer are shown.
  • Areas of topical expertise: This graph shows what areas your learners are receiving coaching in compared to learners in other organizations.
  • Session Topics: This bubble chart shows the top session topics reported by coaches at the end of each session. The bigger the bubble, the more coaches reported that topic as the main focus of a session. The color of the bubble helps you understand the overall theme of the topic. Bubbles of the same color are topics of the same theme, such as self leadership, communication, or relationships and culture. Use this chart to see where your learners are focusing their attention most. The report updates based on your selected date range and audience filters. You can also export all topics to CSV for deeper analysis.
  • Learner Reflection Questions: This section shows how many learners responded to the reflection question provided at the end of each of their sessions and the average ratings for the reflection question across all learners. Use it to understand learner sentiment and engagement through the coaching process. You can export the data to CSV for custom reporting.

User Details - Organization Coaches

This page is organized into the following sections:

  • Coach languages: This graph shows a breakdown of the languages spoken by your coaches.
  • Total sessions completed: The chart shows the number of sessions completed in each month. You can hover over the points on the chart to see the number of sessions. This area also shows the number of total future sessions that have been scheduled.
  • Areas of topical expertise: This graph shows the areas of expertise of your coaches.
  • Coaches by country: This area shows a map of where your coaches are located. You can hover over countries to see the number of coaches located there.
