Map Translated Compliance Learning Programs

You can map learning programs in additional languages to an English learning program.

Step 1: In the list of Learning Programs titles, select the learning program you wish to map. Then click Add a Language.

Step 2: Select the Language to add and enter the title in the language that learners see when interacting with this learning program. The languages you can add depends on translated content that is available for the content that is in the learning program. Click Confirm. The mapped learning program displays in the list.

Note: If the English learning program has been assigned, mapping new languages automatically updates the assignments and learners can access the program in the mapped language immediately.

Step 3: To update the instructions to the language that learners see when interacting with this learning program, select the mapped learning program from the list, select Edit, and then click the Introduction tab.

Note: If the programs assigned, other than the title and introduction text, the details of the learning program cannot be changed.

To remove a language mapping, select the learning program, and then click Inactivate Language.
