Course Replacement Audit Report

The Course Replacement Audit Report lists compliance courses that are scheduled for replacement.

Supported output

  • Web browser: Results display immediately in the browser window.

  • CSV: Creates a comma delimited version of the report which is available for 48 hours on the reports main page under Current Reports. Once the report is processed, you can download it to your local storage device and open it in Excel or a similar program.

Report filters

  • Replaced since: Filters report based on the Replacement status:
    • All: Includes all courses that have been flagged for replacement or have been replaced.
    • Replacement identified: The course has been identified for replacement but a replacement date has not yet been determined.
    • Pending replacement: : The course has been identified for replacement and a replacement date has been determined.
    • Replaced: The course has been replaced.

  • Include inactive: When selected, the report will include both active and inactive courses.

Results

Both the web and CSV output contain the same columns:

  • Course Title: The title, or name, of the course.

  • Skillsoft Course Number: An alpha numeric identifier used by Skillsoft's ordering systems, catalog, etc.

  • Course ID: The unique integer ID stored by the Compliance system.

  • Replacement Course Title: The title, or name, of the replacement course.

  • Replacement Skillsoft Course Number: An alpha numeric identifier used by Skillsoft's ordering systems, catalog, etc.

  • Replacement Status: The status of the course replacement.

    • All: Includes all courses that have been flagged for replacement or have been replaced.

    • Replacement identified: : The course has been identified for replacement but a replacement date has not yet been determined.

    • Pending replacement: The course has been identified for replacement and a replacement date has been determined.

    • Replaced: The course has been replaced.

  • Replacement Date: Date the course was replaced.

  • LANGUAGE: The locale of the content, for example English, French, or German.

  • Current Course?: Indicates whether the learner will see the current course or replacement course:

    • YES: The current course, listed in column A, is the course learners will see upon launch

    • NO: The replacement course, listed in column D, is the course learners will see upon launch.

  • Number of Learning Programs: The number of learning programs that contain the to-be-replaced course.

  • Number of Group Assignments: The number of group assignments that contain the to-be-replaced course.

  • Number of Individual Assignments: The number of individual assignments that contain the to-be-replaced course.

  • Last Date of Access: The date a learner last visited, or launched, the course.

  • Total Accesses: The total number of times within the filtered date range that content was accessed. For example, if a learner launches the same course 3 times within the specified date range, the total accesses is 3.

  • Active: Indicates whether the course is Active or Inactive. •An active course is available to be assigned in Percipio Compliance. An inactive course is unavailable for assignment but visible in reporting.
