Degreed Integration Requirements

To use the Degreed LXP connector with Percipio, as designed, you need to meet the following requirements.

If an item is marked with an asterisk (*), you must have it to integrate Degreed LXP   with Percipio.

*A valid identifier in each Percipio user account that matches the identifier in the Degreed LXP. You can use one of the following values:

  • User ID: This is the user id of the Degreed LXP user
  • Email: This is the unique email address of the Degreed LXP user
check icon, blue box with white check mark *A SAML Identity Provider (IdP) that is able to supply user details including the identifier to Percipio, so learners can seamlessly access content in Percipio. Skillsoft recommends using Degreed LXP as the SAML IdP.
check icon, blue box with white check mark*Credentials for Skillsoft to connect to the Degreed LXP SFTP location so that Skillsoft can deliver the files for the Automated Content Management function.Skillsoft can either send the files directly or to another location that you then move to the Degreed LXP SFTP locations.

We recommend this because all content from all Skillsoft collections is synchronized to one Degreed LXP catalog and all learners who can see this catalog can see all the content.
