Saba Cloud LMS Integration Requirements

Username: Unique username of the Saba Cloud person object (used to log into the system and identify the person)
Person_No: Person number as unique identifier for the Saba Cloud person object
Employee_ID/Profile_ID: The internal unique identifier assigned by Saba Cloud LMS to the person object
Email_ID: Primary email address for the Saba Cloud person object

To use the Saba Cloud LMS connector with Percipio, as designed, you need to meet the following requirements.

If an item is marked with an asterisk (*), you must have it to integrate Saba Cloud LMS with Percipio.

	*An active Percipio contract for all your learners who will be using Skillsoft content
	*Saba Cloud LMS SaaS release 45 or later
	A valid identifier in each Percipio user account that matches the identifier in the Saba Cloud LMS user account. You can use one of the following values: Username: Unique username of the Saba Cloud person object (used to log into the system and identify the person) Person_No: Person number as unique identifier for the Saba Cloud person object Employee_ID/Profile_ID: The internal unique identifier assigned by Saba Cloud LMS to the person object Email_ID*: Primary email address for the Saba Cloud person object
	*A SAML Identity Provider (IdP) that is able to supply user details including the identifier to Percipio, so learners can seamlessly access content in Percipio.
	*Credentials for Skillsoft to connect to the Saba Cloud LMS SFTP location so that Skillsoft can deliver the files for the Automated Content Management function.Skillsoft can either send the files directly or to another location that you then move to the Saba Cloud LMS SFTP locations.
	*Credentials for Skillsoft to connect to the Saba Cloud LMS xAPI LRS endpoint so Skillsoft can send the completion information for the learner completion tracking.
	Recommended: The same number of seat counts across all the Skillsoft content collections you licensed. We recommend this because all content from all Skillsoft collections is synchronized to one Saba Cloud LMS security domain and all learners who can see this security domaincan see all the content.
