SuccessFactors Learning Integration Requirements

To use the SuccessFactors Learning connector with Percipio, as designed, you need to meet the following requirements as indicated for Skillsoft non-compliance or Skillsoft compliance content.

If an item is marked with an asterisk (*), you must have it to integrate SuccessFactors Learning  with Percipio.

*An active Percipio contract for all your learners who will be using Skillsoft content

*Credentials for Skillsoft to connect to the SuccessFactors Learning SFTP location so that Skillsoft can deliver the files for the Automated Content Management function. The files can either be sent directly or to another location that you then move to the SuccessFactors Learning SFTP locations.
*A valid identifier in each Percipio user account that matches the SuccessFactors Learning student_id value.
*A SAML Identity Provider (IdP) that is able to supply user details including the student_id identifier to Percipio, so learners can seamlessly access content in Percipio. The recommendation is to use the SAP Cloud Identity Services - Identity Authentication (IAS) as the SAML Identity Provider (IdP).
*Credentials for Skillsoft to connect to the SuccessFactors Learning ODATA API endpoint so Skillsoft can send the completion information for the learner completion tracking.
Recommended: The same number of seat counts across all the Skillsoft content collections you licensed. We recommend this because all content from all Skillsoft collections is synchronized to one SuccessFactors Learning catalog and all learners who can see this catalogcan see all the content.
