Workday Learning Integration Requirements

To use the Workday Learning connector with Percipio, as designed, you need to meet the following requirements.

If an item is marked with an asterisk (*), you must have it to integrate Workday Learning  with Percipio.

	*An active Percipio contract for all your learners who will be using Skillsoft content
	*Workday Learning  running at least WD2022R2
	*An active subscription forWorkday Cloud Connect for Learning (CCLRN) SKU. For more information contact your Workday Learning  Account Team.
	A valid primary unique email address for each Workday learner that is associated with their Workday profile. That same email must be associated with the learner's Percipio profile.
	*A SAML Identity Provider (IdP) that is able to supply user details including the primary email address to Percipio, so learners can seamlessly access content in Percipio.
	*Credentials for Skillsoft to connect to the Workday Learning API so that Skillsoft can send the progress information for the learner completion tracking.
	Recommended: The same number of seat counts across all the Skillsoft content collections you licensed. We recommend this because all content from all Skillsoft collections is synchronized to one Workday Learning topic and all learners who can see this topiccan see all the content.
