Prior to the initial meeting that begins the process, Skillsoft provides an Application Engineer to manage the integration project and the technical aspects of it.

For your part, please ensure the following project resources are available to attend the initial meeting, provide needed information, and can complete tasks identified.

• Business owner who can decide:
  • User Authentication method
  • LMS Integration: Content-types to import into CSOD
  • Rollout plan: Stage versus production, launch date, project plan timing
• CSOD Admin
• Resource with access to Edge Marketplace
• Percipio Site Admin
• Project coordinator
