Is all Skillsoft content available in Docebo?

Yes. All Skillsoft content types can be made available in Docebo.

At this time, there will be no support for Journeys, Channels and Certification Paths. Percipio curation of Subjects and Areas is not reproduced in Docebo.

Can I select what Skillsoft content will be available in Docebo?

Yes. During the implementation process you will work with the Skillsoft account team to select the content you want to make available. You can select the Skillsoft content types, for example only adding courses, and further refine your selection to specific content items.

If the content items are not loaded into Docebo, usage will not be recorded in Docebo for these items.

Will the Skillsoft compliance content I have be included?

Yes, Your Skillsoft compliance content will be included.

When will the selected Skillsoft content be available in Docebo?

A Docebo administrator manages the scheduled time. The process runs at least once a day up to a week, depending on the initial synchronization volume.

Are all Skillsoft content languages supported?

Yes. All the Skillsoft content in all languages will be included in the process.

Will new Skillsoft content be automatically added in Docebo?

Yes. New Skillsoft content items will automatically be added to the Docebo.

Will updated Skillsoft content be automatically updated in Docebo?

Yes. Updated Skillsoft content items will automatically updated in Docebo.

Will removed or retired Skillsoft content be automatically retired in Docebo?

No. Removed or retired Skillsoft content will not be retired automatically in Docebo.

Can I configure what fields are included in the metadata supplied to Docebo?

Yes. For certain values you can configure what fields will be included in the metadata supplied to Docebo. These values are usually unique to your specific implementation of Docebo and not related to Skillsoft metadata about the content item.

During the implementation process, the Skillsoft account team will work with you to configure these values.

Will the content be organized by Percipio Subjects and Areas in Docebo?

No, the Percipio curation of Subjects and Areas is not reproduced in Docebo. All content is synched to a single catalog in Docebo. Journeys, Channels, and Certification Paths are also available.

Will the content be organized by Percipio collections or license pools in Docebo?

No. Synchronization of Skillsoft Collection information to Docebo is not available.
