Will the learners in progress content be recorded in Docebo if they access the content directly in the platform?

Yes. Docebo will record the usage if the content item exists in Docebo.

Will the learner’s completion be recorded in Docebo if they access the content directly in the platform?

No. Docebo will record the completion if the content item is launched from Docebo.

How do learners complete Skillsoft content?

This will be based on the Completion Settings of your Skillsoft Platform site. The platform will send a completion status when a learner meets the Skillsoft Platform completion criteria.

When will the learner’s usage be available in Docebo?

The platform sends usage to Docebo within a few seconds of it occurring in the Skillsoft Platform.

Will administrators be able to use Skillsoft Platform Analytics to report on learners?

Yes. The learner’s usage is tracked and available to report on using Skillsoft Platform Analytics. Admins can also see the learner activity data in Docebo.

What usage data is available in Docebo?

The following usage data for a learner and piece of content is available in Docebo:

  • Completed – Learner has met the completion criteria for the Skillsoft Content
  • Incomplete – Learner has not met the completion criteria for the Skillsoft Content
  • In Progress – not an event and will not be sent for tracking
User score If the Skillsoft content item has an assessment associated with the score achieved. Some Skillsoft content items such as “Books” do not have scores; in such cases, the “User score” field is empty.
Completion date The date the learner first met the completion criteria for the content. Multiple completion are not sent.
